3 ingredient vegan ice cream

New Year, new me…yeah, yeah….but who doesn’t love ice cream!?

How would you describe perfect ice cream? Easy, delicious and guilt free. This is how I describe my ice cream. It’s healthy and I’m sure it will satisfy your sweet tooth. And  you will be able to give yourself a huge tick on the New Year’s resolutions list. What are you waiting for?


*3 ripe bananas

*1/2 can coconut milk

*50ml strong, freshly brewed coffee

*agave syrup (optional)

*vanilla bean paste (optional)

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in big pieces.
  2. Place them in a container and freeze.
  3. Put the frozen bananas, coconut milk, coffee, agave syrup (to taste) and vanilla bean paste (to taste) in a blender.
  4. Blend for around 30 seconds. Place the ice cream into small bowls or cups and serve immediately!
